Orders & Payments

All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.
OLAH Haircare is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellations (Change of Mind)

If you wish to cancel or refund an order without any issue or fault, requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refund requests submitted after 24 hours of purchase will not be accepted once the order has been processed or dispatched.
Please note that payments made via third-party payment gateways (including Apple Pay and Ziina) may be subject to processing fees, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Damaged or Faulty Items

At OLAH Haircare, we carefully package every order. If you receive an item that is damaged, leaking, or broken, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or leaking, you may request either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund

All damage-related requests must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for refund or replacement.To proceed, reach out to us via Email or Instagram Direct Message and provide us with the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item

Each case will be reviewed before approval.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
OLAH Haircare is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Liability

OLAH Haircare is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow usage instructions.
